How
to reserve some space at Net Heads so you and your pals can sit
close enough to hear the smack talk clearly:
Nothing's
worse than finally getting the warden's permission to go out and
kick some ass then finding out once you get here that you have to
put yours on the wait list. Doh!
So
we created this little list for smart shoppers to make sure they
make the most of their furlow:
Call
ahead for large groups that want to sit together, we recommend
reserving space.
Make
sure the game you want to play is on the systems (we rotate
them in and out from time to time).
We
only hold seats that are paid for. That is, we're going to charge
someone's credit card for the entire group when the reservation
is made. This can be clumsy but since we turn away customers
when we have reservations, no shows are pretty hard to swallow.
Make sure your head count is firm and they know the deal.
We
don't take reservations for seats that currently have someone
in them. For example, if we have 3 empty seats at 5pm and you
want to make a reservation for 5 seats at 8pm, we can only reserve
3 and then hope that 2 customers move on and then we'll reserve
those, but that's all we'll guarantee. We don't toss out customers
that are seated (you wouldn't like that, either) and sometimes
our customers have so much fun they forget to leave. Moral:
Phone in a day ahead and we can make sure you get your wish.
If
you have a group bigger than 8, it's really, really, really
important that you call ahead.
