		PNY CPL Winter Regional Qualifiers \| Day 1 :: Nov. 12 Event Field ------------------- 16 Team Max per center (IN, FL, TX, CA) 32 Team Max (NY only) Entry Fee ------------------- $125 per team (online registration only) The team captain will be required to pay for the entire team in order to be confirmed for the tournament. 		PNY CPL Winter Online Grand Qualifiers \| Day 2 :: Nov. 13 First-place winners will be invited back to their regional center on Sunday, Nov. 13th (Day 2) to compete against the other regional winners for over $8,000 in cash prizes. Online Matches Start at 1pm (NY, FL, IN) / 12noon (TX) / 10am (CA) HLTV and IRC Scorebots will be available. Online Grand Qualifier Team Prizes (Day 2) ----------------------------------------- • 1st Place - $ 4,000 Cash • 2nd Place - $ 2,000 Cash • 3rd Place - $ 1,000 Cash • 4th Place - $ 750 Cash • 5th Place - $ 750 Cash NOTE: Cash prizes will be sent to the team captain or manager in the form of a single check for the full prize amount on or before December 3, 2005. Distribution amongst team members is the sole responsibility of the team captain or manager.


		Age Requirement - - 17 years of age or older PHOTO ID REQUIRED - - The minimum age requirement is 17 years old on or before Nov. 12, 2005 to participate in the PNY CPL Winter Regional Qualifiers. If a player is under 18 years of age on or before Nov. 12, 2005, their parent or legal guardian must sign a CPL-CSA Release Form.
