National E-Sports League
To broaden the availability of the league and to answer the requests of many teams and Arenas, the NEL has modified some roster requirements and changed division structure, this change will modify the league purse and structure.

The roster requirement of all players competing from the same arena has been modified to allow up to two players competing from a “non-home” NEL arena. What this means is that the home arena will be where most of the team will be located. Teams can have up to two players located in other NEL arenas. For example, a team located in New Jersey has two non-local players one in Florida and one in Texas, so these five players can now play for the New Jersey team.

The division structure will change to allow a professional and a semi-professional division. These changes will allow teams to participate at their level of play. The entry fee for the semi-professional division is $125.00 per team. The professional division will be $225.00 per team. These changes affect the COD and CS 1.6 leagues while the CS:S league remains free.

Divisions: 3 East/Central/West
Days: Tuesday 7:00 EDT / 7:30 CDT / 7:00 PDT
Purse: $56,000 plus $1,500.00 per team (6 teams) travel expenses to the final lan.
