We were so impressed by Battlefield 2's realism that we didn't notice that the temperature inside Net Heads was hotter than a Three Mile Island fuel rod. No doubt we're victims of some eco-terrorists who sabotaged our compressor to make a point. Next they'll be throwing red paint on Willy's toupee.

We've called in the engineers to put the air conditioning back online and add even more cooling. If all goes well, we'll be back at 71 degrees by Friday Night. No more frizzy hair and frizzier tempers.

PNY - the makers of truly cool computer gear for gamers - is holding the PNY National CS 1.6 Challenge on July 16th and 17th. CyberSquare is running it and they're tournament pros.

Wait, is that money you smell? You betcha - $8,000 in cash and prizes and at only four locations in the country. And, wouldn't you know, Net Heads is one of them. Imagine that. What's that? You suck? Friday Night Fights. Sign up at the store: 6pm to 1am - $20 our systems, $10 BYOC. First guy to beat Willy in Willy's game of choice wins a trip to Florence with a former Miss America and Playboy model. Or a free drink of their choice, whichever is in the store at that time.

Every Thursday is now World of Warcraft Night. WoW players pay only $10 from 6pm to close. Playing with other WoW players in the room is 10 times more fun than playing at home. If it makes you more comfortable, we can whisper seductive nothings at you all night. Like "stop playing that stupid game" or "your dog crapped on the carpet again." That'll be just like home.
