Changing Times
Dear Net Heads Fans,
For 13 years Net Heads has created a world class gaming experience for thousands of Indiana gamers, taught hundreds of future video game developers in our Create and Play Camps and entertained dozens of corporate groups with our Racing To Go mobile simulators.
But I’m a good bit older than when we started and I personally find myself wanting to spend more time with my five sons, to travel more with my wife and, frankly, to slow down a bit.
To accomplish that, while Net Heads will continue to offer our Racing To Go entertainment packages and our Create And Play Camps next summer, we will no longer be open for retail customers at our Main Street location in Carmel effective today.
In order for our retail business to grow and prosper it needs more energy and time than I can give it. Qualified buyers wishing to discuss the purchase of Net Heads are welcome to contact us at:netheads@outlook.com.

Over the years, my family and I have collected countless memories of exciting and fun experiences with all of you. On behalf of my family, Josh and the Net Heads staff, I’d like to thank you for your support and patronage; it’s been a great run.

Fall/Winter Hours
Hello!
We’re starting our Fall/Winter hours this coming Monday, August 13th.
Mon – Wed: Closed
Thursday: 3pm – 11pm
Friday: 3pm – 1am
Saturday: 11am – 1am
Sunday: 1pm – 9pm
Product Testing
Calling all PC gamers!
Volunteers are needed for focus group testing of some exciting new PC audio equipment this Wednesday, January 4th from 6:30pm – 8:00pm here at Net Heads.
As an attendee, you will test the equipment and give your honest opinion on your experience. For your time, you will receive a free pair of in-ear headphones valued at $49.99.
To participate, you must meet the following requirements:
1. You must own and bring your own set of gaming headphones.
2. You must be 15 years of age or older.
3. You must currently be spending 10 or more hours per week gaming.
It is, of course, free to participate.
If you are interested in becoming a tester, and meet the requirements, please send an email to josh@netheads.com with your name, age, and phone number. Or, you may sign up in the store.
We need upwards of 30 people to participate, so please tell your friends as well!
Holiday Hours
Happy Holidays everyone!
Hours Change
Trust me when I say we hate changing our hours as much as you do. Sometimes, however, it is necessary for us to adapt and change our focus so that we can continue to do what we love.
As of next week, we’ll be dropping Wednesday and Thursday off of our open days. Hopefully, those of you who have been coming in on those days will continue to visit us Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The weekend hours will not change, and we will actually be adding a regular schedule of all-nighters back into the mix.
Moving forward, you’ll be seeing more promotions and activities out of us on a weekly basis, as we focus on making the Net Heads experience better and ultimately more fun for you, our loyal customers.
As far as when we’ll go back to more open days, all I can say is this. If you want to see us open on the weekdays again, keep coming in to play, bring a friend when you do, and spread the good word to all those non-NH’ers that don’t know what they’re missing.

Summer Hours
Our summer hours begin on Memorial Day.
Mon - Thu 1:00pm – 12:00am
Fri 1:00pm – 1:00am
Sat 11:00am – 1:00am
Sun 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Also, we are expanding our age restricted hours to 7pm for our under 15 members. Sundays have no age restrictions as usual.
Spring Break Hours – April 1st – April 8th
Do you have a “stay-cation” planned? We know a bunch of you will want to spend some time at Net Heads, so we’re expanding our hours during Spring Break.
The following hours will apply from Friday, April 1st to Friday, April 8th.

From December 17th to January 2nd, we’ll be running with the following expanded hours:

We have a new feature in our membership program.
Starting Thursday, December 9th, members can add game time, day passes and Net Heads dollars to their membership accounts. This is a perfect way to make a one-time deposit and then streamline checkout procedures and not worry about cash to carry. It’s a great technique for parents to teach budgeting and a more secure way to send kids to Net Heads.
And Net Heads Dollars can be spent on anything from from food to passes to game time. They act just like regular dollars only they don’t get lost or stolen.
Even better, accounts can be PIN protected to be sure members are the only ones who can deduct from their balances.
Yup, this just keeps getting better.
friday nights: beer and wine
For the next 9 weeks, we’ll have beer and wine available after 6pm on Friday nights only.
I’m sure many of you will have questions, ranging from “why” to “why not sooner” so we’ve created a Beer and Wine FAQ for more information. Parents will want to look at that.
However, please know that:
- We do not serve before 6pm
- No alcohol related advertising or products are visible in the store
- We’ve done this before
We know from experience that this is so low key that it is not a problem for those who don’t (or can’t) partake in adult beverages and it is a welcome addition for those who do.
If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to present them to the staff or management.
