So where can you go this year that’s fun and still affordable? Because face it: a “party” in the conference room is no party. Unless you invite us! (We mean it. See below.)
Net Heads is a world class video gaming facility where everyone joins in games at the same time and plays together. We have 45 PC, Xbox 360 and Wii stations networked together for interactive fun. Party goers actually do something – and do it together – instead of leaning up against the wall wishing they were back at their desks.
If the location for your party is already set, we have a great way to spruce it up (even if it is in the conference room) with our Racing To Go offering. See Party @ UR House below.
What do you do at a Holiday Party at Net Heads ?
We have over 70 games to choose from and you can mix and match as you like. There’s plenty of room to spectate, too.
Smaller groups are easier to coordinate and you can chose from over 70 games. We’ll help you do that. Larger groups often need a bit more direction and so we can suggest a variety of activities.
Experience shows that if your group is gender or age neutral, racing is always a good bet. A full brochure of our racing offerings can be found here.
For that we have Race Day – The Owner’s Cup – a themed event that entertains from start to finish. Or we can pit one department against another in all kinds of games. (After all, the guys in accounting do resemble zombies at tax time.)
Let’s Start With The Size of Your Group
If you have a really small group (even a small department) we’re a great fit during normal operating hours. We charge $6 per hour per station per guest.
But… if your guests are members the price is $3 per hour per guest. (If you can find something cheaper than that, call us and we’ll meet you there.)
Since you’re not renting the entire facility, call ahead to make your reservation so you can all sit together. Scheduling after 6pm is best as the small fry are gone by then.
This is an ala carte party. That is, food and beverage are not included in these prices, nor is a dedicated Net Heads staff member to help organize your fun.
If your group is from 10 to 20 guests, we’ll assign you a dedicated staff member (or two) and reserve a section of our facility for you. You’ll still want to schedule during our normal 
hours, but you’re welcome to use your caterer (or we’ll help you choose one of ours).
Plan for at least two hours and we can organize an Owner’s Cup competition during this time.
Don’t feel like racing? Our on-staff event planner will help you customize your party at no extra charge. This party will cost $12 per hour, per guest with a minimum of two hours. So 20 people will set you back less than $500. Try that at Dave and Busters.
If your group is larger than 20 guests, you’ll want to have the 
facility to yourselves. We staff up and you get the royal treatment. The pricing is the same: $12 per hour per guest, with a minimum of two hours.
Full facility rentals for groups less than 30 take place outside normal operating hours. Larger groups may rent the entire facility during our normal hours without an upcharge, so long as they have a minimum number of guests.

What About Food?
Small groups can order off our menu and yes, we can keep separate checks if needed. Larger groups are welcome to make arrangements with caterers or we’ll be happy to provide a selection of caterers for all budgets and tastes.
For all catering, we add %15 to the food bill to cover clean up, etc. Any group large enough to have a dedicated staff member is also big enough to warrant a suggested staff gratuity of 10% (believe us, they earn it). Sorry, but Indiana health requirements prohibit consuming food not cooked in a commercial kitchen. Look on the bright side, now you have a great excuse not to cook stuff to drag to the office party. Woo hoo!
What About Drinks?
All beverages are supplied by us, including the adult variety. We’re capable of providing everything from drink tickets to taxis home, if need be. We do need advance notice if you’re planning to serve alcohol.
Oh, Yeah! Party @ UR House!
We can take our show on the road if you need to spruce up something at your place (or any other place, for that matter).
Our Racing To Go is a great addition to any party. Our driving units are portable, small enough to fit in a hotel elevator and cool enough to race all night in.
We bring complete driving units, a projector and a full staff to help you have a great time racing. Full details can be found here.
Pricing for this package is inclusive:
- Minimum: 3 stations for 2 hours: $1,755
- Additional stations: $585 each for the first 2 hours
- Additional hours: $150 per station per hour
- Sales tax: 7%
