Have a Fast and Easy Youth Event!

Our youth fundraiser is a snap:

1. Children invite their friends to your event.

2. As attendees arrive we collect an admission fee that you set.

3. Everyone has a blast for a few hours.

4. At the close of the event, we subtract our fees from the proceeds and you go home with cash.

It’s easy on the children. It’s video games, a party and their friends. They get it and their involvement and participation is positive and easy. They view it as fun!

It’s easy on you. It all happens in a few hours with much less work on your part. No ordering items, accounting for inventory or collecting funds weeks later. No clean up effort, no delivering merchandise and no throwing out the stuff you bought because they couldn’t sell it.

It’s easy on attendees. The admission fee is typically afforable entertainment dollars already budgeted to be spent. Redirecting them to your effort is easily justified.

We’ll Help!

Use our online tools to help promote your event. Our invitation system simplifies emailing your invitees. With it’s RSVP features you can gauge attendance and adjust your efforts accordingly.

We also supply artwork for flyers, invitations or posters at no cost.

Increase your results by getting sponsors to contribute prizes. We’re specialists at organizing competitions and raffles.

Collecting Donations Made Easy!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover cards to help increase your donations. We also manage the collection of admission fees allowing us to provide you with cash at the end of the event.

Youth Fundraiser Details

• Size: 50 to 170 attendees
• Duration: 2 or 3 hour event
• Food: optional / catered
• Beverage provided by venue
• We charge your organization: $10 per person for 2 hour event or $15 per person for 3 hour event (plus 3% of all credit card charges). You set your price to whatever amount you wish and keep the difference.
• Must be a recognized organization
• Event volunteers encouraged

Tips:
• Set a goal of three invitations for each member of your group. For example: 20 members of a soccer team would yield 80 attendees.
• Invite about twice as many people as you want to attend to achieve the results you need.
• Pick a time when attendance is easiest for everyone – after school or Sunday is best.
• Shorter events are more suitable for young attendees, longer times are better for older attendees and higher admission fees.
• Have more than one fundraiser over several months to reach larger goals.
