Bruce
Campbell Comes to Net Heads
for Hulkathon 2001
They
came at midnight. Waves of them. Nonstop. We weren't ready for them
and they swarmed the place.
Gamers
- some barefoot, some drinking beer and all playing the latest games
on the latest computer hardware. And as if an all night fest of
bloodshed wasn't nearly enough, Net Heads, along with Hulkathon
promoter Robert Waring, succeeded in capping off the event with
a live appearance by Bruce
Campbell.
What
follows is a brief photographic and video record.
The
Photographs
All
these photographs are self explanatory (which is a lame excuse for
"we didn't want to insult the customers, promoters, attendees
and celebrities"). Some of the pictures can be enlarged by
clicking on them, but not all warranted that. If you have a special
request, please let us know.

The
place was so crowded that we had to let people in and out in shifts
at times.
We
shot some panorama views to show what the event was like (click
to enlarge) and a Quicktime panorama
(you must have Quicktime installed to view it).

Brian
Craft and Aaron Mack from 8 Ball Entertainment operated the video
cameras and filmed the event.

Bruce
on a cell phone teasing some fan who couldn't make it. Sounded like
he was selling insurance, but we're not sure.

Bruce
with Jane (an instant fan). No, she's not grabbing his butt as far
as you know.

Matt
Fox directed the filming of the event and did an outstanding
job!.

The
Radio Interview
Prior
to the event, Bruce was interviewed by Tom Berg, a local radio personality
for Metro Radio. Click on Tom's questions (listed below) to hear
Bruce's reply.
The
Video Interview / Question & Answer
We
taped a live question and answer session (Q&A) during his visit.
The insightful and sometimes hilarious results have been broken
into some 40 separate clips and are made available here. (If you
would like to use these on your fan site, please feel free to do
so. A reciprocal link to our site is all we ask.)
